Will my room be cleaned during my stay?

Your room will be cleaned between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you would like your room cleaned at a specific time, please let us know.

Do the rooms have safes?

There is a safe in each of our rooms, protected by a secret code. Please place your valuables in your safe before leaving your room.

Which payment methods does the accept?

You can pay by Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, holiday vouchers or cash.

Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers?

Yes, we accept Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers but only on-site. You cannot use holiday vouchers to pay the deposit.

Is smoking/vaping allowed at the hotel?

The entire hotel is non-smoking (including the common areas, the terrace, the rooms and the balconies). Smoking risks a fine of €150.

Rooms are available at 4pm.
If you arrive before 4 pm, you can safely store your bags in our luggage room.

Our hotel is open 24/7.

What time is check-out?

Our rooms must be vacated by 11 am.
After checking out, you can store your bags in our luggage room to make the most of your last day in La Plagne.

Yes. All of the hotel’s guests can use our luggage room before check-in or after check-out.

By train: La Plagne ski resort cannot be reached by train. The nearest train station is Gare d’Aime-la-Plagne (20 km away). Connections are available by bus (see below) and taxi.

By bus/shuttle: A year-round shuttle service operates from the valley to La Plagne (charges apply). You can view the timetable and buy tickets here.
For travel between the La Plagne resorts, free shuttles are available.

By plane: Lyon Saint Exupéry airport 196 km away.
Geneva Cointrin airport 198 km away.

How do I get to the different ski areas?

The hotel is located on the snow front so you can ski to La Plagne and Paradiski ski fields.

Can I buy ski passes at the hotel?

You can buy ski passes at the hotel reception for Paradiski or La Plagne ski fields.

Can I hire/buy ski gear at the hotel?

The ski shop is located at the hotel’s entrance and makes it easy for you to buy or hire your equipment. Open from 8.30 am to 6 pm during the winter season.
You can even book equipment online through our website to enjoy exclusive discounts.

Can I store my ski gear at the hotel?

A ski room with private lockers is available for free at the hotel.

What time is breakfast?

The buffet breakfast is open every morning from 7am to 10am.
Breakfast can also be served in your room.

Breakfast is not included in your room price (unless stated in a special offer).

What time is the restaurant open?

The hotel serves light refreshments from 12.15 pm to 1.30 pm and 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm. For more information, please talk to our reception staff.

Dinner is served as a buffet. The restaurant buffet is open from 6.45 pm to 9.30 pm, serving a wide variety of dishes.

What time is the bar open?

Our bar is open daily from 2.00 pm to midnight.

The wellness centre is free to enter between 10 am and 8 pm for all hotel guests.
